RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. A Returns & Exchanges form and UPS pre-paid return label are provided in all domestic orders. Items without a return slip will not be processed. We are available to answer any of your questions Monday – Friday 9:30pm-5:30pm at (855)405-6755 or by e-mail at email@example.com.
NOTE: Upon receipt of returned goods, ANNE FONTAINE CASUAL reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our requirements. ANNE FONTAINE CASUAL Collection items cannot be returned or exchanged in ANNE FONTAINE Stores as it is an Online exclusive line.

- Worn, altered or washed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged free of charge. A Returns & Exchanges form and a pre-paid return label are provided in every order. At this time, annefontainecasual.com offers UPS or return labels only for domestic addresses.
NOTE: The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside the United States. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless we have made a shipping error. Upon receipt of returned goods, Anne Fontaine Casual reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our requirements. We will only accept returns for items with tags attached that have not been worn, altered or washed.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. We will send an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Though we process your return immediately, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your statement. International orders not eligible for prepaid labels at this time, please use an alternate shipping method.
Merchandise eligible for exchange may be returned within 30 days of purchase using the pre-paid return label provided in your order. We offer complimentary shipping on exchanges through Annefontaine.com. We will only accept exchanges for items with tags attached that have not been worn, altered or washed. Upon receipt of returned goods, Anne Fontaine reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet these requirements. We will send an email confirmation once your exchange has been processed. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. We currently do not offer exchanges on international orders.

RETURN OPTION ONE | Return with UPS
1. Fill out this return form – Include your name, email address, and phone number so that we may contact you if necessary
2. Package your return item(s) in the provided packaging or equally protected packaging to ensure item(s) are not damaged in transit.
3. Mail your return with the pre-paid return label included with your shipment.
4. Drop off your package at a UPS Authorized Ship Center or UPS Office. To find a UPS location, visit UPS.com or call 1-800-742-5877.
RETURN OPTION TWO | Return on Your Own
If you elect to ship without the provided pre-paid label, please send your merchandise back via insured mail to the address below. Anne Fontaine is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

It is very important when you return an item that you include the Return & Exchange form included with your order. If you are unable to do this, please print out your order details from the website or your order confirmation email and indicate which items you are returning and include this in the parcel. If the items you wish to return have been delivered in separate parcels please return them to us in one parcel with the corresponding return section.
For your records, take note of your tracking number from the return label included in your package. Please note that when sending a return, the shipment is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.
